Community Guidelines
Emberlitt™ is a reading community built by Emberlitt Inc. These guidelines explain what conduct is acceptable.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

What Is Not Allowed
1. Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content dehumanizing people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
2. Harassment and Bullying
Threatening or repeatedly targeting individuals. Doxxing. Coordinated harassment. Credible threats of violence.
3. Violent or Graphic Content
Real-world graphic violence or cruelty.
4. Sexual Content
Emberlitt™ is used by people 13 and older. Explicit sexual content is prohibited. Content sexualizing minors results in immediate termination and will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
5. Spam and Manipulation
Repetitive or promotional content. Bots or artificial engagement. Misinformation.
6. Illegal Activity
Copyright infringement, fraud, scams, phishing, or promotion of illegal goods.
7. Privacy Violations
Sharing others' private information without consent. Impersonation.
8. Dangerous Content
Content promoting self-harm or dangerous activities.
Book Discussion
Literary analysis of difficult or controversial themes in books is acceptable. Using book discussion as cover for harassment or hate is not.
Bonfires and Forums
Community owners may set additional rules more restrictive than these guidelines.
Reporting
Use the in-app Report button (••• → Report) or email legal@emberlitt.com.
Enforcement
We may warn, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts. We may act without notice for serious violations.
Appeals
Email legal@emberlitt.com with "Appeal" in the subject line within 14 days.
Emberlitt Inc. is not responsible for user content posted before it is reported and reviewed.
